Elyse brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to an already exceptional cadre of professionals. She provides comprehensive women’s healthcare across the lifespan. Her areas of expertise include prenatal and immediate postpartum care, preventative care, pessary care, family planning, teen care and many other services.
Elyse is a military veteran and served with the United States Navy where she excelled in public service and developed a genuine desire to help and nurture others. After receiving her honorable discharge, Elyse earned her Associate of Science in registered nursing degree from Antelope Valley College and spent her first five years working in telemetry, oncology, and postpartum care at Antelope Valley Hospital. Seeking more experience and challenges in her field, Elyse transferred to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, California, which is renowned for its expertise and compassionate patient care. While assigned to the mother and baby unit for over ten years, Elyse attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Great Falls, Montana, as well as years of specialized training in postpartum mother and newborn care.
In 2020, Elyse completed a rigorous course of study and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University of Minneapolis, Minnesota and began the next chapter of her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She interned at the Sierra Madre Community Medical Group and further studied under Dr. Navizadeh before joining his team at Valencia Center for Women’s Health. Elyse is a member of the prestigious Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Golden Key International and Veteran’s National Honor Societies.
Elyse has spent nearly two decades in the Nursing profession and has demonstrated an unmatched degree of compassion, care, and respect for her patients. She is a consummate professional who prides herself on the level and quality of service she provides. Elyse has been commended and described by both her peers and supervisors as an exceptional, genuine, and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner.
Elyse currently resides in the Santa Clarita Valley with her husband and three sons.
